Mont’s Videos of the Week

by mont on October 27, 2011

I’ve included two short clips this week. The first is an example of what one of the top boy’s programs in the country does for one of their tougher work-outs. Coach Newton has his boys doing 5 x 1 miles on this Monday (Oct 1st) afternoon. It is the same team you can watch in the movie “The Long Green Line”.

The second clip is from one of my favorite college coaches, University of Colorado head coach Mark Wetmore. In the clip he gives advice to high school students on what they need to do to be a college runner and to be successful period. Very interesting and definitely a different way of looking at things.
